Review: The Westcreek Racer is hands down the best guitar you can get for this price!!! - What's there not to like about this guitar? Absolutely nothing. Mahagony body, Bone Nut, Finished fret ends. Just those 3 things you will rarely find on a guitar in this price range. Couple those things with an incredibly tasteful cool shape, a great finish, an overall killer vibe and you have the quintessential best bang for your buck. It showed up in 2 days, boxed very well. When I opened it, the action was nice and low, no fret buzz of any kind and the intonation was spot on. It plays, sounds and looks awesome. I Highly, Highly suggest you get one!!! I will be rocking out on this thing for years to come. Way to go Westcreek, for making an incredibly affordable guitar with such quality!!!!! Thank you.
Review: Wow! Does not feel or sound like $200 - Wow. Absolutely can’t believe this is a $200 guitar. I’ve been playing around 40 years and have owned guitars from this price up to custom guitars that were almost $4000. I have not run across any other guitars in this price range that compare. Finish is flawless and absolutely gorgeous. Very unique and has a classic muscle car kind of vibe. Tuners are smooth and functional. I will most likely replace them at some point with some guyker locking tuners, but no rush as these have no issues. I just prefer locking tuners for ease of string changes. Playable out of the box with a nice mid/low action with no buzz, high enough that I can really dig in without rattling and low enough to play with very little effort. The fret work appears to be good enough that it could be lowered without issue, but it’s exactly what I prefer out of the box. The stainless frets are very smooth and comfortable no sharp edges no extra work needed The neck is a very comfortable C shape a tad narrower than a typical SG almost strat like. Very resonant, I can feel the body vibrating with each chord, unplugged it has a nice midrangey growl and bite. I fully expected to be changing pickups and electronics but after playing it plugged in I see no reason for now. Nice fat but clear tone and full sized pots were a nice surprise as well. Bone nut is well cut with no binding issues Overall I’m extremely impressed And would expect to pay in the neighborhood of $700-$800 for something similar. This was an anniversary present from my beautiful wife and I’ll have to say she did very well I’m enjoying it

What's there not to like about this guitar? Absolutely nothing. Mahagony body, Bone Nut, Finished fret ends. Just those 3 things you will rarely find on a guitar in this price range. Couple those things with an incredibly tasteful cool shape, a great finish, an overall killer vibe and you have the quintessential best bang for your buck. It showed up in 2 days, boxed very well. When I opened it, the action was nice and low, no fret buzz of any kind and the intonation was spot on. It plays, sounds and looks awesome. I Highly, Highly suggest you get one!!! I will be rocking out on this thing for years to come. Way to go Westcreek, for making an incredibly affordable guitar with such quality!!!!! Thank you.

Wow. Absolutely can’t believe this is a $200 guitar. I’ve been playing around 40 years and have owned guitars from this price up to custom guitars that were almost $4000. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid SG-style guitar

It's a fun guitar, although I wouldn't recommend it for someone with a bad back - it's pretty heavy. The purple is a flat finish that looks pretty good, but isn't nearly as bright and "purplish" as the example pictured. The guitar was set up pretty well; it was playable right out of the box, and it stays in tune. The pickups are OK, not quite telephonic, but still loud. The grounding could be a bit better, as it sometimes hums if you aren't touching the strings. It plays very well, especially if you put 9s on it. It just feels great in my hands. All in all, this is a great-looking and sounding SG-style guitar with a great price.
