It was delayed beyond 25 April. I contacted the seller and was told it will arrive by 29 April. By the night of 29 April still no delivery so I contacted the seller to change the delivery to the new address that I will be shifting to. The seller said he will inform the delivery company. However, the delivery company still deliver the item to the old address on 2 May. I have to rush to the old address and retrieve the item from the landlord. After brining the item back, I started using it according to the instruction manual. The dehumidifier is supposed to accumulate water into the water tank after certain hours of usage. However, after using two days, not a single drop of water was found in the water tank. So, I fear this equipment is not operating correctly. I found it to be the perfedct size: light enough to move from room to room, but also big enough to do serious work. The controls were intuitive, and the digital humidity display makes it easy to keep track of how well its performing. The noise level is resonable and the drain plug on the back is very convienent for continual use.
