Feels very relaxing to lie back on it and think about things in a cool quiet room. I feel it has helped ease the tension in my traps which is why I got it and for the price it is very sturdy I would recommend this product.

Sehr praktische Hilfe bei Atlas Problemen , Hilft super Eibe ordentlichen Widerstand braucht man, Türklinke ist nicht geeignet , Haben es bei der Sofa fix. Und leg mich am Boden das der Winkel passt

A little tricky to set up I seemed to have one piece spare that I didn't seem to have to use as it works perfectly fine without using the extra rope attachment. Feels very relaxing to lie back on it and think about things in a cool quiet room. I feel it has helped ease the tension in my traps which is why I got it and for the price it is very sturdy I would recommend this product.
