**Q: How do I know if the portable charger is charging? And how do I know whether it’s got full charge?**
A: It will have an orange light when it is charging and will go green once it’s fully charged

**Q: Do you have to take your phonecase off for charging?**
A: If you have MagSafe case no. But if you don’t yes.

Also I wouldn’t recommend this, it’s slow and doesn’t seem to hold charge. 

Reviews are also fake and about water if you read through them.

**Q: Can you use this on a iPhone 14 pro max**
A: Yes

**Q: Can we use this on iPhone 15th max?**
A: No. Don’t buy it. It’s fake!

It is bulky size 2.5 cm and not slim size 1.5cm as advertised. It manages to charge only 40% on my Iphone 13 Pro max. No indication of how much charges remaining, or when it is fully charged. Also reviews were misleading: most reviews were not about the powerbank.Returned and bought Anke 633 which performs well: charge my phone 100%, slimer, has indicator.
