Review: this is a small travel size skillet. - this skillet is not for making gourmet meals in your home. if that's what you're trying to do then i would recommend buying a larger more expensive skillet. it's great when traveling. it packs well and easily runs on a 1000W power inverter. it fits a piece of bread perfectly, an 8 inch tortilla folded in half, a pack of 5 bratwurst will go right in. the temperature control is a bit dubious and the bottom is quite thin, as a result it is prone to hot spots and can burn your food if you're inattentive, adding water when possible will help remedy this. this is not a large skillet, depending on what you're making and how hungry you are you may have to fill it twice to feed one person. i've owned one of these before, and despite it's shortcomings, i liked it enough to buy another. if you're looking for a single serving skillet that's good enough to get the job done then i can recommend this product.
