I received the correct number of mailers and they're good quality chipboard.The only downsides is the plastic reinforcement for the tear strip on some of them has come loose while I was packaging things. I just pushed it into place before sealing the mailer, and no one has complained about problems opening them.They also have "DO NOT BEND" embossed on the front of the mailer, which is a nice thing to have, but it's embossed so shallowly that it barely shows up.
