I was looking for a sweet treat that is under 100 calories as I am trying to lose weight but still want to have a little something after dinner. They are perfect for that purpose, as they are very sweet and only 70 calories per cup. Plus they warm me up - always welcome in the winter!As I said, they are quite sweet - they remind me very much of the pre-made cappucinos you can get at gas stations like QT or 7-eleven. Essentially these are a dessert in a glass. Also, note that these are NOT strongly coffee-flavored, and to be honest there is little difference in taste between the flavors that I have tried (White Chocolate, English Toffee, Sweet and Salty Caramel, and Pumpkin spice thus far). There is a bit more spice to the Pumpkin Spice, but it's more a difference in smell than taste.Assuming you are looking, as I was, for a sweet after dinner treat that won't make you move the belt up a notch, these are perfect!
