Ordered this replacement, only used half of it as I wanted to keep the buckle that was branded with G-SHOCK. Works great and I can’t find any differences from the original (other than branding on buckle, which is understandable) Review: Tools included but no instruction - I’m so glad it came with the tools but unfortunately no instructions. But with the tools, I was able to figure out how to removed the old straps. Note that you do not need to remove the screws or use the screw driver. Having the screw driver, I thought the first thing to do was to remove the screws -NOPE! Do not remove the screws. The screws where just for esthetics. But the other tool is very useful and I was able to remove the strap by using the end that looks like a U to hold in the rod so you can removed out the strap one side at a time. I also suggest to not use the buckle that comes with it. Re use the original as the metal where thicker and stronger and has the logo. Use the tool with the pointy end to push out the buckle. I actually re used the original rods too. Use all the original hardware if it is still in good condition as I read the other review that the rod that comes with it break easily. If there was instruction included it could have been easy to install and It would have been a breeze replacing it. But I hope my instruction helps you.
