It’s a healthy substitute for brushing your teeth used in Saudi Arabia and many parts of the Middle East, mostly a practice used before prayer. I recommend still brushing your teeth with normal toothpaste morning and night but using this throughout the day. It has many good benefits and can help protect your teeth and gums naturally.
