I have added nothing to this card but I did go over the design with a clear sparkling Sakura gelly Roll pen. My cutting machine is a Sissix Big Shot Switch and I did have some teething problems to get it to accept the folder - eventually, I removed the bottom clear cutting pad from the sandwich, while leaving the other three in place. it is vital that the top cutting pad is kept in place or you will break your machine. I have no doubt that this design will form the basses for most of my Christmas cards this year.
