I already installed 2 of the 4 posts when I discovered the third had a unglued or unsecured top. So I glued it , #4 I installed. Today I went to unlock the door when the top came free and now I have to fix this. If you were to pay any professional to fix this , guess what the estimated cost : $120 I think I may have a lawsuit ----------------------------------------- To start these are 3/4 of an inch shorter. So when installed you only get a few turns on the threads to allow the door mechanism to lock when depressed. Once depressed you better have long finger nails in order to grip and pull up to unlock. Also one of the 4 I had to reglue the beautiful cap onto the stem because it was not secured properly. I've found these same exact knobs on Temu for 6 $ . On Amazon I paid 10. I've found many items on Temu that are far less in cost and exactly the same as on Amazon. I guess because with Temu it takes up to 2 weeks to get your order, but I feel it's not worth the price to pay in order to get an item the next day.
