Though this is my first experience taking BCAA, I wouldn't most of products out there as being vegan, trusting that no animal products are in the blend is a must for me and this has considerably helped during and after my workouts. What I do to stomach it is mixing it in about 1oz of water so I swallow in one sip and then I have a big glass of green juice (mostly celery and cucumber) with ginger and lemon right away which totally washes that bitter candy taste off my mouth. It smelled ok so I was very optimistic then I mixed it and took a taste. It hits you first with this very strange and just bad chemical test followed by an very weak and fake watermelon after taste. I was really hoping for something good as I am switching to a plant based body building diet. Anyways I am returning it with much disappointment.
