Did not fit my 2007 F550. And because of the damage to the bayonet housing that was currently on one of the assemblies, it was my assumption that someone had tried to make it fit prior to my attempt. So it must have been a bad batch? Maybe a 2008 got switched? Dunno. The headlight bulb ears did not match up, although they looked close enough for me to try. And the marker light wasn't deep enough to twist in the bulb holder.
