Took a chance on buying something with no reviews. As far as efficacy, it's too early to tell. I'm also taking a breast feeding supplement and drinking mothers milk tea so it wouldn't be fair to review how well it works based on all the other stuff I'm taking. Anyways, these tastes pretty darn good! They are nice and moist so when I received them all the cookies were whole and not broken. Cookies had a slight chewiness to them. Flavor was good! Not too bland but not too sweet. Kind of left weird after taste but I'm not use to gluten free type stuff. For what they are I'd definitely recommend.

The cookies taste good. As far as how it affects my milk supply I probably haven’t eaten enough to notice. The cookies though arrived pretty much in halves and smashed so for the price it’s probably not worth it since half my bag is crumbs.

For some reason I thought a dozen came in this package, unfortunately it was only a half dozen. However, the cookies were delicious. Too soon to tell if they improved my supply!
