Review: Good Quality Glass Container for Fresh Storage - Worth the price. It closes tightly and the glass has good thickness. Very convenient for organising in the refrigerator, and the food stays fresher compared to plastic containers. Easy to clean as well.
Review: Perfect for my small lunches - Glass. Nice glass. The thing I like about a glass container is that when you heat your leftovers in the microwave... it doesn't stain the container orange. Also, the container remains intact - I find that, with the plastic ones, the surface that was in contact with the hot food sometimes breaks apart, blisters or cracks. Glass doesn't have this problem, so you're free to lick the smooth containers (after it's cooled, of course - I'm not stupid) so no food gets wasted. The glass also looks good when it's been through the dishwasher. Although, if you lick the tub clean after use it never needs to go in there, it can just go straight back in the cupboard! For these specific tubs... they're really nice. The size I have is the 640ml ones, which is exactly the right size for my plain yoghurt and a bit of fruit. And sometimes a few oats. And maybe a few seeds. And a bit of Ginger or Cocoa to flavour it. They close really nicely, and so far have proved well-sealed. I've used them every day for a couple of weeks, and they've performed brilliantly. Recommended.

Worth the price. It closes tightly and the glass has good thickness. Very convenient for organising in the refrigerator, and the food stays fresher compared to plastic containers. Easy to clean as well.

Glass. Nice glass. The thing I like about a glass container is that when you heat your leftovers in the microwave... it doesn't stain the container orange. Also, the container remains intact - I find that, with the plastic ones, the surface that was in contact with the hot food sometimes breaks apart, blisters or cracks. Glass doesn't have this problem, so you're free to lick the smooth containers (after it's cooled, of course - I'm not stupid) so no food gets wasted. The glass also looks good when it's been through the dishwasher. Although, if you lick the tub clean after use it never needs to go in there, it can just go straight back in the cupboard! For these specific tubs... they're really nice. The size I have is the 640ml ones, which is exactly the right size for my plain yoghurt and a bit of fruit. And sometimes a few oats. Great for meal prep. I use these all the time and they’re really handy for portioning food out for the week. One important thing to note though, you cannot microwave them with the lid on, so you do need to remember to take that off first. The containers themselves are solid though. I’ve even used them in the oven with no issues, which has been a nice bonus. Overall, really useful set for meal prep and everyday kitchen use.
