If you're going to eat something heavy or fried it really helps with digestion. I have shortened every bacterial anything I have caught. It increases your good bacteria to help fight sickness. If you should HAVE to take an antibiotic, it will help quickly restore the balance of good bacteria afterwards in your gut. It helps with nausea, flying, driving or boating. Better than Dramamine for me. It's worth every penny you pay for it.
