Victoria is a three-generation family business located in Medellín, Colombia, that has manufactured quality cast iron cookware since 1939. We offer a line of products that has received international recognition for its innovative designs, resourcefulness, and functionality.
Optimize the use and care of Victoria products to experience improved durability and superior quality in your cooking.
We use 2 ingredients: premium cast iron and kosher, non-GMO European flaxseed oil. All our cast iron is made 100% in-house.
Hand-wash the cookware using hot water and mild dish soap and dry it with a towel. Rub a thin layer of oil on the cookware and store it in a cool, dry place.
Our cookware is made without PTFE, PFAS, and other “forever chemicals.” It comes preseasoned with flaxseed oil for better-tasting food.

Great Quality and cleans up easily though not really non-stick since they are cast iron they do clean up fast. The weight is what you would expect for good cast iron and the size is perfect for sauces. Great cost point.

The sauce pan is typical Victoria quality, which means outstanding, much smoother than Lodge is and for me this pan is just the right size. Now for the bad: The packaging was horrible! I should note it wasn't Victoria that shipped it. Put in a box with i sheet of paper to protect it not much bigger than a sheet of computer paper. It arrived with the handle sticking all the way out of the box. The good news is that Victoria is made well and it had no damage.
