**Q: does this have shrimp?**
A: No. It is just the sauce

**Q: Are there any instructions for making kimchi? Can i make it with regular cabbate (not napa) and green onions?**
A: There are a ton of different ideas on youtube.com and www.allrecipes.com.  I personelly use both Nappa cabbage and Bok choy with long cut green onion. Make a mixture of garlic, daikon radish, carrot, fish sauce in a blender. First soak your cabbage in a brine for 3 to 5 hours then rinse well. My last batch was out fermenting for 3 days and now refrigerated for 4 months and still tastes great.

A: Can’t really speak to the shelf life of it since I use the entire bottle within 2-3days. Over those couple days, there’s absolutely no loss of favor or quality and it held great refrigerated.

**Q: How much sodium is in this sauce?**
A: The expected amount for a base. Nowhere near overpowering in the salt category. It pits well with soy sauce in a recipe, but I would advise against adding salt
