I bought another brand of bamboo toothbrushes and the bristles fall out.** A: I have bought these brushes several times. I typically use 1 brush for more than 3 months. Bristles have not fallen out for me, but I do have my 7 year old son use them and some bristles fell out for him though. Regardless of this brush or another, he always needs a new toothbrush, so maybe he is a bit harder on the brush than I am?
