The Morinoki Japanese Stainless Steel Bread Knife features a 9.4-inch blade crafted for precision and durability. ## Description

Shizu cutlery factory founded in Showa 55 in Gifu prefecture Seki, well-known for knife town. It is a company that challenge new fields while manufacturing traditional knives. "Morinoki" series reflected the voice of female staff, excellence, product design and packaging are products with warm impression. Selection of Shikisai Morinoki knives, has been created with the color, soft and texture of wood grain. The handle is made of Japanese zelkova. There are two types of serrated edges designed for cutting bread. The square form is curved for use in the kitchen, at the table or during a party in the garden. The end of the blade effortlessly cuts through hard crusts and the center part slices the bread. The knife makes a clean cut, creating thin slices and minimal crumbs.
