I cant even mix it. The liquid tastes bitter. Does this mean its old?** A: Cream is much like natural peanut butter, it separates over time. Try warming it up and mixing it together, it should go back to its original state. **Q: Why is this still being sold on Amazon when basically a third of the reviews give it the lowest rating possible?** A: Also, her maple butter must be last year’s supply.
