I cannot give a opinion on customer support as I have found no reason to need it. Over all it is better than I expected for the money. Review: Worthless for emailing invoices - In my side hustle I email invoices. I was using a program from another company that lost its authorization when I updated at their invitation. I picked this package since desertcart recommended it. The program has a place to put your email server name, port number, user name password, etc. I'm a reseller and know the information needed and had used it on my older program. When I tried to send a test email the program told me it couldn't reach the email server. I tried the secondary port (both secure ports) and got the same results. The manual was lousy so I reached out to the company by email with the explanation of my problem and was told "you need Outlook to send email invoices." I replied that there was no indication of this on the box and why would the program need the server name and port number if it was going to send via Outlook. I never received a reply. I would like to be provided with a little more customization for the forms. We use it primarily to produce job estimates. It work quite nicely for us, but we don't have a complicated or involve business to do estimates for. The customization process is a little difficult to master.
