So, I was quite excited to see that ground unroasted beans were finally available. The taste is comparable to what you get by boiling the beans, i.e., not much. But I was puzzled to see that the ground beans do not yield the bright green liquid that the whole beans do, so I wonder if it has the same levels of CGAs.
