The problem here is the buttons. They are tiny little chrome-plated plastic shards that basically just sit in the holes on the case. They are not attached in any way - in fact, when my case arrived, brand new in box, the volume buttons were loose and floating around inside the inner bag. This makes not only for a very difficult application of the case - you have to get everything in position with the plastic-y buttons arranged just so - but also for a very poor quality experience - the buttons can and do just "pop out" at any time.At this cheap price, it's not worth trying to return to Amazon... but the horrible design of this case means that it's really not useful at all.
