**Q: Is this the same as Vitamin B-3 Nicotinamide?**
A: Apparently not.  Label indicates "Niacinamide is an essential member of the B-vitamin family".

**Q: Is anyone experiencing smoother, less crepey skin from this supplement?**

**Q: I'm an elderly lady and have difficulty swallowing large pills, is this a small, coated pill?  Thank you.**
A: it is a very small capsule, not a coatd pill.  you could open the capsule and hide in a nice tablespoon of applesauce.  for the good you get from the pill, worth taking that way.  good luck.

**Q: is there a difference in the oral vs the topical form?**
A: It is the same B3, which some believe supports the mitochondria in the cells.  I'm not a scientist and don't actually know if either actually does.  I am 76 and on the tennis court 3 to 5 times a week.  The only other supplement I take is C.  I've still lost muscle mass over the last 10 years so it is not a magic bullet.
