**Q: This safe is 10" wide, 14" high, and 10" long - but how deep is it?  what is the depth of this safe?**
A: External Dimensions: 10"H x 14"W x 10"DInternal Dimensions: 9.5H x 13.5W x 9D

**Q: how to mount this safe on the wall?**
A: If it has holes in the back of the safe, you can use wall anchors to mount it.  I would not recommend that though, it won't be very as safe.

**Q: How do you lock it?? I thought you re enter the code and then turn the dial....mine doesnt lock.**
A: When you shut the door and turn the knob counterclockwise and the safe should lock automatically. If you are having issues with your safe please email us directly at sales@paragonlockandsafe.com

**Q: can this be used outdoors?**
A: I doubt it.
