The extendable water tap is very badly designed with some weight at the bottom which rubs against other pipes and keeps hanging untill you push it in, it should be magnetic but bad design there. The mixer tap is not good as in the middle position it gives cold water only and you have to move the tap to hot side which gives extremely hot water. the Pressure is very low.
