The company contacted me to clarify instructions for application. I have been using the cover since I purchased it and have not had to remove it to clean it. The more it is used it seems to mold to your keyboard so the feel is great. It comes with two-sided stickers for installation if you choose to use. I haven't applied them because I thought I would I would be removing weekly to clean. It fits so well crumbs and dust do not get under it. The skin fits around the edges like a glove. I would definitely recommend purchasing this protector.
