Product description          Easy to use gluten free mix for seed bread. The bread gets a slight flavour to sourdough. Alot of fibers and seeds in the bread.             Ingredients          Gluten free wheat starch (max 20mg gluten/kg), sunflower seed, linseed, whole grain rice flour (5%), sugar, salt, thickener (E412), acidity regulator (citric acid), flavouring

                     Directions          Dissolve 25g fresh yeast/6g dry yeast in 300ml lukewarm water. Mix 500g mix and knead the dough well (at least 5 min), preferably with dough hooks. Then let the dough rest at least 60 minutes. Knead the dough again for a little while and then pour it into a greased dish and let it rise for about 30 minutes. Brush the bread with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if necessary. Bake at 200 °C gas mark 6 for about 10 minutes then lower the heat to 180 ° C gas mark 4 and bake another 50 minutes.
