Most users want it for stabilization on their wing-aircraft, if that is what you call "loaded"...the answer is YES...software is loaded..the D8-D16 protocol only refers for frequency bands / It comes ready for both D16 countries (Europe)..but also ready with D8 features (the rest of the world).. / It is a plug and play for FrSky radios (Tx).. NOTE; ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO DO THE FREQUENCY TUNING for OPEN TX !!
