The protective glove is an excellent idea and, when used judiciously (carefully), helps remove wrinkles quickly. However, with even moderately prolonged positioning, your hand will tell you to stop what you are doing and move it away.The little plastic sleeve ironing board is functional; your hand won't get hot using it. It is especially nice to slip into a short sleeve and steam it.Overall, the tools here are well-intentioned but not 100% safe from steam burns, even if you are careful using them. I must add that without these tools my shirt and pants steaming sessions would be a lot less productive.
