Can it be neutralized with something like baking soda or dish soap to get the original color back?** A: Before I can answer your question, I will need to know how you turned your driveway yellow. What did you do to it? Is the whole drive all a uniform yellow color, and is it concrete? **Q: can you use it on just a section of concrete pavers or do you need to do the whole area for uniform color?** A: I did not notice any color change on the few cast stones that I used this on. It just removed the rust. **Q: Can the product be applied on painted (white) garage walls built with cement block. The stain was caused by leaking pipes?** A: Singerman is the best rust remover I have ever used but works best on unpainted surfaces. I have put it on painted surfaces and it doesn't work as well. I would suggest putting on only a small portion first to see how it reacts. But it really is the best and I have tried it all.
