I purchased this for better mental focus, and acne. I do believe this has helped my daughter focus better, and it has helped considerably with inflammation due to acne. These are good for 3 years from that date at least. This product includes a very large dose of Zinc, around 50mg per capsule. This is probably too large a dose for everyone to take on a daily basis, but some people with low zinc are supposed to take 50mg per day, so this is the product for them.
