For the first time this year, I had a really bad experience with the shipping from Amazon. The 12X12 pkg arrived FOLDED IN HALF in a smaller envelope!! That ruined the papers! A dumb rookie mistake! When I called to complain (at the 11th hour for my deadline on the contribution!) I received very bad customer service! I was shocked too as I always love my Amazon service! I was given options to ship it back but they said they had no more in stock. I didn't have time and I needed the paper and embellishments in the kit. I kept it and made do. I was disappointed by this experience.
