**Q: How do you use this ladder on steps? I can’t figure this out and there are no instructions.**
A: Open the ladder and set one side on the staircase.  Extend the lower part of the ladder until the ladder is level and can be climbed from the lower side.  Only climb the ladder from the lower side and not the side that is on the upper side of the staircase.  You can watch a video of such ladders on the web if you are unable to understand my explanation.   Perhaps you should not be using a ladder at all if you are unable to figure it out.
