A: Vietnam.  You can look up Olde Thompson Saigon Cinnamon on the internet.

**Q: Is this non irradiated?**
A: I don't understand why this be irradiated.  Cinnamon comes from trees which the bark is removed often.  My friend went to Saigon and he was fine.  
This is the best cinnamon with the best smell ever.  I use it everyday. Enjoy

**Q: Does this have a shaker top under the lid?**
A: Yes, it does.  This is a big bottle.  We like to scoop about an ounce at a time into a smaller shaker for our table.  We only use it for our morning oatmeal; used about half in six months.  Works very well.

**Q: Is olde thompson saigon cinnamon ceylon ?**
A: No, Saigon cinnamon and Ceylon cinnamon are two different types. Apparently, Ceylon is a true cinnamon, while Saigon is a near relative which can become bitter when used in excess.
