I had hoped it would be a good bit thinner, more like a slice, but this is not the case. Also, only the very tip and edge is very flexible, the rest is fairly rigid - now I know what you're thinking. That's exactly what you want for spreading frosting or cream, right? I absolutely agree and I'm not marking it down. I'm just trying to establish that if you're looking for a flexible silicone spatula, this is not it.
