Review: BEST LOW CARB PASTA ON THE MARKET - I really enjoyed this pasta. Pete’s tastes exactly like regular pasta. The texture is slightly more chewy, but barely even noticeable. I boiled the pasta for about 18 minutes (instructions say 11-20 minutes), and it was perfectly al dente. It is so hard to find a good low carb pasta alternative, and this definitely hits the spot! Really love the amount of protein in this pasta as well. It initially seems like the serving size will be small by looking at the bag, but the pasta soaks up a lot of water, and because of the extra protein, it is extremely filling!! At 27 g of fiber per serving (I’m assuming it’s insoluble fiber), this also aids with bowel movements, so really a win win all around. Yes, this pasta is EXTREMELY expensive, but if you’re a pasta lover who is on a keto diet or just wanting to watch carb intake, this pasta is BY FAR the best low carb protein pasta on the market.

This is my third time purchasing. This pasta is low carb for those following keto or needing diabetic friendly options. The previous times I’ve eaten this have not spiked my blood sugar with my cgm or caused any sluggish crashes later. It’s been the best low carb pasta substitute I can find that tastes the closest to pasta even if it takes a little more time to cook and honestly I cook it longer than the package says. It’s improved the texture overall.
