Review: Exceeded expectations - After reading some reviews I knew this was a gamble. However, I’m very happy with my purchase. It did come completely dead and needed a good charge but so far so good. It came in near perfect condition. Packaging could have been more secure tho. The interior was a little dusty so I wiped it down but there are NO scratches, dents or even knicks. I held it under a bright lamp for a while and I will say it’s close to perfect. Battery is strong and does the job I need very well. Will update in about a month.

I felt like not long after buying it, I was sitting by the charger every time I wanted to use it. Didn’t have this computer for very long before the software became corrupted somehow… I didn’t game with this computer or do anything funky. It was literally just used for photo storage and online schooling. One day it acted like it was dead and then wouldn’t turn back on properly. I spent hours trying to fix the software so I wouldn’t lose everything on the computer, and I thought I did it (I’m not a tech geek of any kind though) because I eventually got back to what looked like normal running. This unfortunately was just the start of the issues. Then I eventually bought a brand new Mac from BestBuy because I’d had enough, and tried to transfer my photos and documents over to the new computer. I wound up having to factory reset my brand new computer and start all over again with the setup process making sure not to try and connect it to my old laptop, because the new one had the same software issues. The color, appearance, sound quality, all of that was great! I just wish I would have bought a brand new computer from the start instead of a refurbished one, if I was going to have to buy two computers in the end.

This is the perfect laptop for college!! I ordered it in excellent condition and it holds up to that. There is a minor dent on the outside and a few tiny scratches but nothing too noticeable. The battery life seems okay so far. Great option if you are a student and on a budget!
