I love the color--not too many soft pink pens running around, so I can keep track of it on the hospital floor when I'm signing charts, taking notes. Writes very smoothly and I can write small if needed, but the ink is more legible than super fine points provide. It doesn't bleed, hasn't dried out and takes abuse (being dropped, smashed in pockets). Overall a great extravagance for someone who likes pens.
