Gesundes Zahnschleisch und Zähne seitdem in der ganzen Famile. SO putzt man richtig: 1. Zahnbürste mit ausreichend Creme (Mund voller Schaum und kreisende Bewegungen innen + aussen / oben + unten 2. Zahnseide für die Zwischenräume (und/oder kleine Bürstchen) 3. Meridol Mundspülung 10 sek im Mund behalten ... ausspucken und NICHT mit Wasser nachspülen. Ach ja ... 2x im Jahr zur Zahnreinigung (Zahnstein entfernen). Das hatte uns vor über 20 Jahren der Senior unseres Zahnarztes mal beigebracht.
