Secondly, there was no instructional leaflet with 'tips for how to make the cushion work well for you. Assumption appears to be that everyone can just figure out how to get the maximum benefit in the shortness amount of time. Finally, what was I supposed to do with the green prickly ball? Again, assumption is that everyone who purchases this cushion has been through several sessions of professional therapy and recognizes all the gadgets and knows what to do with them. I just an old back pain rearing up, and needed some comfortable seating height to my work station. I searched on Amazon and found this one. It didn't work for me.
