The proof of the pudding is that the dog has never dug where this stuff has been scattered - at least not for a week or so. After that, the powder weathers in and effectively disappears. i used this product to stop cats from fouling my garden borders. I Applied the product as specified. within 24 hours cats had dug and fouled my borders again. If this is a super cat repellant, I must have super cats that ignore the product and foul my garden.
