The capsules are smallish and very easy to swallow. It is also good that K2 is already added, as this directs the Vitamin D3 to the bones and away from the arteries and if taken together with magnesium will assist the absorption. I have to take Vitamin D all year round, so this helps to keep my Vitamin D levels at an optimal range. Very happy with the product and highly recommended.

Very good quality product without any fillers or other additives, which is quite difficult to find these days. The capsules are smallish and very easy to swallow.
