Definitely does what it claims, the results are subtle so don't expect your lips to resemble those ridiculous frozen oversized blobs often seen on so called celebrities. It does enhance the shape and colour of your lips as well as providing long lasting mosture which in turn gives you the appearance of plumpness, you need to be consistent I never have dryness issues with this, no matter what the weather.
