My mum is nearly 85 an above knee right leg amputee and doesn’t use her footplate in her flat so that she can use her one foot to help move around . Therefore The Trabasac lay on a slant. The clips that come with it are far too difficult to use for my mums frail hands. I bought this to give her more independence in carrying her meal plate or cups back to sink. But did not feel 100% confident as it was not level on mums knee . Hoping once new powerchair arrives with kick plate that it will sit better . But this is not until April and after mums recent fall sweeping up dropped food from a plate I had high hopes for this tray.
