Review: Nice set, overall - Super cute! Only issue I had was twisting the letters/words off. It was HARD!! They did not twist off or snap off easily. One of the words broke when trying to get it off. I ended up having to CUT them off and left me with a nice blister on my finger. Ouch. They fit my letter board I got from target though.

Received my letters and with a cute since sack to put them in. One of my words was incomplete and I emailed customer service. They replied so quickly and sent out a replacement word immediately. I did not have to send back my pack to exchange. All went so smooth and quickly. So happy with the great quality letters and their customer service!! The letters stay on my board great and they’re so cute. Thank you!!
