It arrived shrink wrapped so was pretty wrinkly when I first opened it. Steam iron worked well. The color is bright blue as pictured (pretty!). It fits pretty true to size but maybe slightly snug in the armpits/shoulders. It fits well with a tshirt under but might want to size up if someone plans to wear a sweater under.
