The nozzle attaches seamlessly to the shower head and I can control the water flow using the valve on the left side of the shower head. The nozzle is small and discrete and I can use it to clean myself before dirty dirty fun time and my roommates love the new shower head and have no idea that I use it to clean my bum bum.
