Opening and closing the ottoman storage compartment was effortless, and it provides ample space for storing bedding or other items.One important note: make sure you have an electric screwdriver on hand to complete the final assembly steps (specifically, step 13 and 14). Looks very nice, has lots of space and ottoman mechanism works perfectly.There were issues with the delivery, and I'd avoid getting anything delivered by ArrowXl as they are as professional and useful as a kick in the back.
